Security Policy
We have an effective security policy that we review regularly. All credit card details are either processed online through Shopify payments or by using PAYPAL system of payment (if this is your choice of payment method) which uses secure 128 bit encryption over an SSL (secure socket layer) connection. Credit card details are not stored after they have been processed.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made by calling us on 01455  557333 within 48 hours of placing your initial order, the order can be cancelled with all money being returned minus the credit card charge within 30 days. Unfortunately our banking service provider makes a charge for all card transactions which we bear. In the event that you cancel the order we will refund you your money less that charge. 

Retail Orders
Cleared payment required by credit card (shopify payments), Paypal, cheque, postal order or money order in advance of dispatch.

Title of Goods (retail customers)
Goods supplied by Heritage Pots and Planters to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.

Prices
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. .

Delivery/Shipping
Orders placed by 11am are usually, subject to stock, delivered the following day  unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative arrangements. (If any item is out of stock you will be contacted to see if you want to proceed with the order or require a refund). Alternatively you may wish to collect your order from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

Delivery is via elected 24-48 hour carrier. Where parcels can not be delivered a calling card is normally left and it is your responsibility to collect your items within the delivery methods specified times and within a timely manner. We will always keep proof of despatch however if you require an order to be sent by any other method then you will need to contact us and additional charges may apply. Otherwise goods are sent at your own risk. 

Delivery Charges
There is a flat delivery charge of £19.99 per order to UK mainland addresses. Cost due to the size, nature, and hadling required for these types of product. For international deliveries you should contact us for charges.

Returns
In the event of a claim needing to made please contact us via telephone: 01455 557333 or e-mail: enquiries@heritagepotsandplanters.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery.

All goods must be checked and counted upon receipt. Any shortages or errors must be brought to our attention firstly by email enquiries@heritagepotsandplanters.co.uk

We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it’s original box, in an 'as new’ and unmarked condition complete with all packaging and accessories.

No returns will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.

No credit or refund will be give for any goods ordered in error by the customer.

No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by Heritage Pots and Planters.

Please read and adhere to the care instructions that are supplied with all our products.

None of the foregoing effects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please feel free to contact our customer service department at enquiries@heritagepotsandplanters.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve any claim made a soon as possible. 

Mistakes in Payments
Any mistakes in payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

Guarantee
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.

General
We accept credit card payments with most popular cards through Shopify and also the Paypal system. All of our products include tax for VAT purposes.
